Booking & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. No dates are held without a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the event date.

Deposit Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits cover time spent on planning, mockups, design preparation, and securing materials for your event.

Date Availability

If your desired date shows as unavailable, please still inquire. In some cases, accommodations can be made for early morning setups or the night before installation depending on availability.

Custom Design Notice

All designs are custom and tailored specifically to each client. Mockups and concepts are created based on your vision and event needs.
